The streets roared with police sirens as bums and muggers roamed the streets. The city was in chaos. Nearly the entire police force was crooked and drug deals took place everywhere. Michael Thorpe had been living in hatred and promised himself he would rid of the evil that took the lives of hundreds - including his brother. After years of training, he finally was ready to avege the death of his brother. He is the last hope for America. If he fails, then the world will forever live in waste, forever doomed.
